Founded by Dewey Huffer, an IT professional with more than 20 years of hands-on technology experience, Huffer Tech was built to give small businesses something that's often difficult to find: knowledgeable IT support from someone they can actually know, call, and trust.

Dewey has worked professionally in information technology since the early 2000s, providing computer support, network administration, troubleshooting, system maintenance, hardware installation, and technology consulting.
Dewey has more than two decades of experience managing and supporting business technology for accounting and management consulting firms, with responsibility for networks, servers, workstations, backups, software and hardware troubleshooting, equipment procurement, and business applications including QuickBooks.
His broader experience includes on-site computer diagnostics and repair, network troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, IT consulting, project management, and the planning and implementation of technology projects. He has also worked on projects involving federal, local-government, and defense organizations.
Dewey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from the University of Guam, with coursework that included Windows Server, Linux, SQL, Java, C++, and other computer-information-system technologies.
